公司成立于一九九九年，是专业设计、制造和销售射频同轴连接器、同轴电缆组件和无源微波器件的市级高新技术企业。 公司位于镇江市京口科技工业园区，总投资3000万元人民币，固定资产为1600万人民币，占地面积14000多平方米，生产区域6000平方米。生产设备60余套：其中，数控机床22台，测试设备7台套。公司拥有一支技术实力雄厚的研发队伍，现有员工180余人。
